In response to the challenging economic conditions the UK now finds itself facing, our clients’ investment requirements have adapted accordingly.  

For the first time in nearly a decade the UK is facing a high interest rate and high inflation economic market place which has resulted in a lack of equity and debt being deployed into the market.

At present, we are focused on sourcing high yielding income producing assets across all sectors throughout the UK.

 

HOW WE WORK

Once we have identified the client’s risk-reward profile and rationale for investment (defensive wealth preservation, aggressive wealth creation or opportunistic), we will: 

  • Provide all necessary supporting financial analysis (both IRR or traditional return-driven) and any appraisals the client may require 

  • Assist in all parts of the transaction until the transaction or development is concluded

Commercial: Office, industrial and retail on an investment or development basis.   

Residential: Land (with or without consent), permitted development, mixed-use schemes, multi-storey developments and PRS.
