Jeremy Seymour is an Investment & Development Surveyor with more than 15 years of PQE experience, managing over £700m of acquisitions, sales and developments on behalf of his clients.
All of Jeremy’s clients are ultra-High Net Worth Individuals, Property Companies, International Hoteliers and Private Equity Investors, Developers and Traders from across the world.
Jeremy started his career at Nelson Bakewell, acting on behalf of the UK pension funds and property companies including Henderson Global Investors, CBRE GI, Pearl & Coutts, Lazarus Properties and Hillstone. He then moved into the Nelson Bakewell Central London Investment Team.
After leaving Nelson Bakewell he spent three years focusing on the City Fringe and East London real estate markets with a series of consultancies at Rockwill Capital, Sellar Design and Development and Stirling Ackroyd.
Jeremy decided to set up his own business, JS Land & Capital Global, in order to focus all his time and energy into providing a personal service to a small group of Private Family Offices.
Jeremy has built long-standing and personal relationships with all of his clients, based on trust, performance and fulfilling their objectives.
